Jackson could be the rising star the Philadelphia Eagles have been looking for.

At six-foot-two and 260 pounds, Coastal Carolina pass rusher Tarron Jackson has the coveted size and athletic makeup to be a monster for the Philadelphia Eagles. A complete terror coming off the edge, the Georgia product has somehow flown under the radar, to this point.

Landing a player with his tools and skill set could be an excellent get for any team in the NFL that decides to take a chance on him.

The Eagles have a star defensive end in Brandon Graham and a potential star in Josh Sweat, but they’ll need to find depth as soon as possible. Jackson could be a great addition to the Philly defense. An intelligent prospect, Jackson has the ability to be moved around the defensive front. That in itself adds a value worth a draft pick or two.

Moving forward, the Birds will have to address their defensive line and the concerns with how their line has aged. Beginning the process with a player like Jackson could go a long way in alleviating those issues. It also gives the Philadelphia Eagles a potential star.
